About the Founder
Jerzy Plich
Jerzy Pilch, born and raised in a small mountain village in Poland, brings a wealth of personal experience and expertise to Eleos Construction Ltd. Growing up in a family with a farm, where his father was both a farmer and a carpenter, Jerzy was exposed to carpentry work from an early age. He witnessed the skill and craftsmanship of his father and learn valuable lessons from his father.
In 1992, after graduating from carpentry school, Jerzy embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by opening his first business, a sawmill and two years later a construction company. This venture allowed him to provide sawing services and cut custom lumber to meet the specific needs of his customers. His sawmill became a valuable asset, enabling him to deliver quality wood products for construction projects.
In 2012, Jerzy immigrated to Canada along with his wife and children. In 2023, decided to established his own business Eleos Construction Ltd. Jerzy’s wealth of experience, including his international building projects, adds depth to the company’s capabilities. His dedication to craftmanship reflect the company’s commitment to delivering quality work and fostering legacy of excellence.
